Cancellation and refund policy
Effective date: 22 August 2026
This policy applies to standard ContextHub Cloud tenant subscriptions. Mandatory rights and the buyer terms displayed by the authorized collecting party remain unaffected. Signed Enterprise agreements may define additional cancellation, service-credit, and refund rules.
Cancellation and renewal
- Monthly and annual fixed subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout or signed agreement says otherwise.
- Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Service remains available through that period, subject to quota, security, abuse, and unpaid-account rules.
- Cancellation does not erase invoices, charges, or payment duties already incurred.
- Tenant data is not deleted automatically at cancellation. Account closure, export, retention, and deletion are separate workflows.
Where available, the tenant owner can cancel through the secure customer portal. If the
portal is unavailable or the subscription is contract-managed, contact
[email protected] from the billing email address.
Refund review
Requests are assessed case by case. Examples that may justify review include duplicate collection, a verified material service defect, complete failure to provide the paid service, an unauthorized transaction, or a right that cannot be waived under applicable law. Partial use, unused quota, forgetting to cancel, or a change of preference does not automatically create a refund right.
Send a request to [email protected] with the tenant name, billing email, transaction
or invoice reference, date, amount, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers or
card security codes. ContextHub or the collecting party may request reasonable evidence
and will communicate the decision and any applicable processing timeline.
Payment disputes
For an unfamiliar charge, contact [email protected] first so the transaction and
merchant descriptor can be identified. If the secure checkout or invoice names an
authorized reseller/Merchant of Record, its buyer-support and dispute process may also
apply. This does not remove ContextHub product-support responsibility.
