Service and subscription terms
The complete public terms and current plan table are available at Terms and conditions and Pricing and plans.
- A subscription belongs to the selected tenant and does not transfer plan, user, or quota rights to another tenant.
- Monthly/annual price, taxes, renewal date, and any currency conversion are shown at checkout before payment; the final amount appears on the payment document or invoice.
- Enterprise scope, price, quota, and service levels may be set by a signed quote or contract.
- Fixed plans do not create automatic overage or PAYG charges unless explicitly enabled.
- Plan limits, acceptable-use rules, and account-security duties apply.
- For continuity, security, and disaster recovery, the service may use distributed cloud, backup, CDN, and edge infrastructure outside Türkiye, including EU/EEA regions.
Collection and invoicing roles
Depending on billing country and transaction type, collection may be performed by an authorized payment institution or an authorized reseller/Merchant of Record for digital products. Before payment, the secure checkout identifies the collecting party, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and any buyer terms that apply.
Where an authorized reseller/Merchant of Record is the legal seller for a transaction, it may issue the corresponding invoice in its own name. Where a payment institution only processes the payment, its payment record or receipt is not the statutory invoice; the invoice is issued by İKONX or its authorized e-invoice service under the applicable rules.
The appearance of a payment institution, card scheme, or authorized reseller on a bank statement, receipt, or invoice does not change the fact that ContextHub Cloud is operated by İKONX Bilişim ve Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. or transfer product-support responsibility away from it.
ContextHub does not store card numbers or card security codes. Card information is processed on the authorized payment party's secure interface.
Cancellation and refund policy
The standalone policy is published at Cancellation and refund policy.
- Unless checkout or the customer portal clearly states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Cancellation does not remove invoices or payment obligations already incurred, and tenant data is not automatically deleted when the subscription is canceled.
- Duplicate charges, verified material defects, complete failure to provide the service, and claims arising from mandatory law are reviewed case by case.
- Non-waivable consumer and business rights remain unaffected. Buyer and refund terms shown by the collecting party at checkout may also apply to the transaction.
- Send refund or payment-dispute requests to
[email protected]and, where the collecting party provides an additional support channel, to that channel as well.
Billing data and privacy
The standalone notice is published at Privacy notice.
Identity, contact, tax, and address data submitted for billing is processed to establish and perform the contract, collect payment, invoice and keep accounts, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Necessary data may be shared for these limited purposes with payment institutions, authorized resellers, invoicing and accounting services, infrastructure providers, and authorized public bodies. Personal data may be transferred to service providers abroad, including in EU/EEA countries, using appropriate mechanisms under Article 9 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law and applicable technical and organizational safeguards. This notice is not a request for consent.
