Pricing and plans
ContextHub Cloud subscriptions are priced per tenant. A tenant normally represents one site, product surface, or language edition. Plans do not bundle an arbitrary number of sites, and quota is not pooled between tenants.
Published prices below are standard list prices in USD. Taxes, the currency charged, and the final payable amount are shown before purchase in the secure checkout. Billing for customers in Türkiye may use a separately published TRY amount rather than an automatic card-time currency conversion.

Annual prices are billed once per annual period. Enterprise is not a free plan and is not available through self-service checkout; price, service levels, quota, and any usage-based terms are stated in a signed quote or contract.

Semantic Search is an entitlement of every paid subscription. It does not create a separate site allowance. Requests may consume weighted request units as disclosed in the billing screen and applicable plan terms.
Buying and renewal
- The billing screen shows the selected tenant, billing period, currency, tax treatment, renewal date, and collecting party before checkout.
- A paid plan is activated only after a verified provider event or an authorized Enterprise provisioning record. Creating a tenant cannot select a paid plan directly.
- Fixed packages do not create automatic PAYG or overage charges unless an Enterprise agreement explicitly enables them.
