Distance selling agreement and pre-contract information
Document version: ctxhub-distance-sales-v1
Effective date: 22 August 2026
This document provides the general pre-contract information and distance-contract framework for individuals purchasing a ContextHub Cloud subscription as consumers in Türkiye. The buyer identity, billing address, selected tenant, plan, term, currency, taxes, and total price are shown in the billing summary and secure checkout before payment and are finalized in the transaction record. Those transaction-specific records form an integral part of this document.
For natural or legal persons acting for commercial or professional purposes, the Terms and conditions and any signed quote or contract apply to the extent mandatory consumer provisions do not apply.

If a payment institution only processes collection, İKONX remains the service provider and contracting party. If the secure checkout identifies an authorized reseller or Merchant of Record as the legal seller, that checkout's seller identity and buyer terms also apply to the relevant transaction.
2. Buyer and subject of the contract
Buyer identity, contact, and billing details appear in the billing profile; the tenant and plan being purchased appear in the order summary. The contract concerns electronic delivery of the ContextHub Cloud subscription service and the plan capabilities shown at checkout for the selected tenant.
The essential plan characteristics, included user/storage/request limits, and current list prices are described in Pricing and plans. The final price, tax, currency, term, and renewal date are the transaction summary shown immediately before payment confirmation.
3. Contract formation and payment
The buyer submits an order after completing billing details, reviewing the applicable agreement and notice links, selecting the relevant acceptance control, and confirming the action that creates a payment obligation. The contract is formed when the payment is verified by the authorized payment party and the order record is created. ContextHub does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
4. Digital delivery and performance
ContextHub Cloud is not a physically shipped product; there are no shipping or delivery
fees. Digital delivery occurs by assigning the paid-plan entitlements to the selected
tenant after verified payment. Under normal conditions, activation starts without undue
delay after verification. If security, payment verification, or a technical issue delays
activation, the buyer may contact [email protected].
5. Term, renewal, and termination
A monthly or annual subscription remains valid for the selected term and renews for the same term until canceled unless checkout states otherwise. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term. See Delivery, cancellation, and refund terms.
6. Right of withdrawal
A consumer in Türkiye generally has fourteen days from formation of a service contract
to withdraw without giving a reason or paying a penalty. A notice may be sent on a
durable medium to [email protected] before the period expires and should identify the
tenant, billing email, and transaction reference.
Where the consumer expressly requests performance before the fourteen-day period ends, applicable law governs. If the service has been fully performed with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right may be lost, the right of withdrawal may end. For a valid withdrawal before full performance, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be due where the law permits. This section does not remove mandatory rights or create a blanket waiver.
An applicable refund after valid withdrawal is made within the statutory period and by a method compatible with the consumer's original payment instrument. Unauthorized transactions, duplicate collections, and service-defect claims are reviewed separately.
7. Complaints and disputes
Delivery, performance, cancellation, payment, and refund requests may be sent to
[email protected]. Depending on the amount and the jurisdiction rules in force, a
consumer in Türkiye may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or
Consumer Court at their place of residence or the place of the transaction.
8. Records and documents
The agreement version, acceptance time, buyer account, tenant, plan, price, and payment result may be recorded for security, evidence, invoicing, and legal retention. The buyer should retain the transaction summary and these documents. See the Privacy policy and notice for personal-data processing details.
