Privacy notice

For ContextHub Cloud account and billing data, the service provider and data controller is İKONX Bilişim ve Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Registered identity and contact details are published in Legal, service, and merchant identity.

Data and purposes

Depending on the relationship, ContextHub may process account identity and contact data, tenant memberships and roles, billing name and address, country, tax identifiers, support communications, agreement records, payment-provider references, security logs, device/IP data, and service-usage records.

This data is processed to establish and perform the service contract, manage tenant access, collect payment, invoice and keep accounts, provide support, secure the service, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims. Billing forms rely on contract formation/performance, legal duties, and legitimate interests as applicable; this notice is not a request for consent.

Recipients and international transfers

Necessary data may be shared for these limited purposes with payment institutions, authorized resellers/Merchants of Record, invoicing and accounting services, infrastructure and security providers, professional advisers, and authorized public bodies.

To provide hosting, backup, security, support, CDN, and edge delivery, personal data may be stored, cached, processed, or transferred outside Türkiye, including in EU/EEA countries. Appropriate transfer mechanisms under Article 9 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law and applicable technical and organizational safeguards are used. Distributed edge locations process only the connection, device/IP, security-log, and cache data necessary to serve and protect requests.

Payment data and retention

ContextHub does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Those values are entered on and processed by the authorized payment party's secure interface. Provider event payloads are minimized, protected, and retained only for the documented billing, audit, dispute, security, and legal periods.

Retention depends on the record type and applicable legal duties. When a subscription ends, tenant data is not automatically deleted at the same moment; export, retention, and deletion follow the applicable service and account-closure workflow.
