Terms and conditions

Document version: ctxhub-cloud-terms-v4
Effective date: 22 August 2026

These public terms apply to ContextHub Cloud accounts and tenant subscriptions unless a signed Enterprise quote or contract states different commercial terms.

Provider and scope

ContextHub Cloud is provided at ctxhub.net by İKONX Bilişim ve Tarım Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. The complete registered identity and the relationship between the company and product domains are published in Legal, service, and merchant identity.

A subscription belongs to the selected tenant. It does not transfer plan, user, owner, storage, request, or feature rights to another tenant.

Account and acceptable use

  • Account owners are responsible for authorized users, credentials, API tokens, tenant configuration, and the legality of submitted content and data.
  • The service must not be used to violate law, third-party rights, security controls, service availability, or provider acceptable-use policies.
  • Access may be restricted to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce unpaid-account and quota policies.

Price, payment, and renewal

  • Current standard list prices and included limits are published on Pricing and plans.
  • The checkout controls the final currency, tax, payable amount, collecting party, billing period, and renewal information shown before purchase.
  • Fixed monthly or annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled unless the checkout, customer portal, or signed contract states otherwise.
  • Paid entitlement is activated only after a verified payment-provider event or an authorized Enterprise provisioning record.
  • Fixed packages do not create automatic overage charges unless explicitly agreed.

Availability, infrastructure, and data

ContextHub may use distributed cloud, backup, security, CDN, and edge infrastructure in Türkiye and abroad, including EU/EEA regions, for availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery. Service changes, maintenance, dependencies, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Enterprise service levels apply only when stated in a signed agreement.

Use of account and billing data is described in the Privacy notice. Cancellation and refund handling is described in the Cancellation and refund policy.
